Mark Greer and his wife, Rosali, recently became grandparents! Logan Cole Greer was born on April 13th weighing 7 lbs 10 oz. Congrats to Papa and Nana Greer!
Lobsterfest Chair, Mike Ingenito gave some quick updates during a meeting before our regular meeting.
#1: There is ongoing work to get WiFi up and running at The Elks. Once complete, we will be able to accommodate the masses in getting cell service. This is important because guests will be able to easily pay for raffle tickets instead of needing cash.
#2 Anyone that is a Lobsterfest chair and needs a sign for any reason needs to let Mike know so he can add it to the list for the company making the signs.
#3 There will be five additional security personnel helping to monitor the site. This will help with the initial rush of people at the start of the Lobsterfest and throughout the first half of the night.
#4 Mike is working on table assignment technology and will have more on this as he figures out what works.

We are just about 2 MONTHS away from Lobsterfest! If you have not sold your tickets, get cracking! They are also available at NAPA Auto Parts and Cofell's in any number amount. If you know someone with more than 10 people, they can purchase online through the link above. They will then receive a QR code which will be their ticket for entrance.
Also coming up is the Rotary Day of Service on May 18th from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Chris Fraleigh is working on what our project will be and he will let us know when it's set.
