GHS Ball Field Dugout

It was a cold day at the ball field on Saturday for the rest of the Rotarians who were there to finish up the dugout buildings for the girls' softball teams. We will paint them in the spring when the weather gets a little warmer. Thanks to all who came out to support this great project.

House of Heroes Project

What a beautiful day to help make Joshua and Amorette Hight’s home a bit brighter with the help (floor, wall, and window repairs and yard clean up) from the Glastonbury Rotarians and the House of Heroes Ct. Thank you for your Service Above Self!

2021 Salvation Army Baby Food Drive

Every holiday season, the Salvation Army collects food, toys, clothing, and money for the disadvantaged. One category of items needed most, but rarely received are baby supplies-diapers, food, formula, and wipes. Twenty-six years ago, the Glastonbury Rotary Club started the Baby Needs Drive to address this need.
Brookside Market, Highland Park Market, and ShopRite in Manchester teamed up with the Glastonbury Rotary for this year’s event. In addition, thirty-eight individual Rotarians and eleven outside donors contributed. Glastonbury Auto Parts and the Wilson Family Fund matched donations in memory of Pamela McCue, a Rotarian for twenty years. A record $20,000 worth of baby products were delivered to the Salvation Army.

GHS Ball Field 2017

A great group of Rotarians out on the softball field at Glastonbury High School building the dugouts for the upcoming softball season. Way to go guys!

Maria Sanchez School Visit to Riverview Farm 2017

Thank you to Bill Dufford and his family for hosting this fun day for the children at Maria Sanchez School from Hartford. Great photos taken by Donna Finocchiaro show the fun that was had by all!
GHS Concession Stand

We built the Concession Stand at Glastonbury High School in 2008.  Was looking quite shabby, so 15 Rotarians power-washed the entire building this past weekend.  Looks like new!
